Reading List Lost?

All the blog list i'm following has disappeared just now, wtf...even the follower also gone.
I didn't make any changes, just click refresh button, arghh....
After that, i trying to re-add the link again and showed out Error code: bX-wc4y1x
Damn it..

Posted my issue up to the forum and found that's not only me facing about this problem :-(
it seems like quite a lot of person encountered the same.
